Daymakers Moving & Storage was built on a philosophy of helping people – that’s what movers do – but we’ve taken that beyond customer service to also include giving back to the community. We Support
Move for Hunger
Daymakers has partnered with Move for Hunger to provide trucks and volunteers for area food drives and also delivers hundreds of pounds of nonperishable items from customers who would rather donate them than move them.
Emergency moves
Daymakers offers free moving services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, taking them quickly and discreetly to a safe place.
addiction recovery
We donate 10% of our net profits to alcohol and drug recovery programs in the area to help people move past the difficult times in their lives.
furniture for families
Customers who are downsizing or replacing items during a move often donate old furniture. Daymakers picks up and delivers these pieces to local families in need.
