All of our storage units are 5x7x7 (245 square feet) and climate-controlled with the best technology to protect your belongings. How many units you need depends on how large your home is, but here’s a general idea:

• 2 bedrooms — 3 or 4 units
• 3 bedrooms — 6 to 8 units
• 4 bedrooms or more — 8 to 12 units

We’ll help you determine how many units you need as we unload and strategically organize your belongings to ensure you only pay for the space used.

You can access your storage unit as soon as you secure it with a Daymakers team member. We’ll show you where it’s located, tell you how to get a hold of us so you can access it at any time, and then load and unload your belongings for you—our full-service storage facility means you don’t have to lift a finger.

Nope! Our facility is secure with a 24-hour ADT security monitoring system and closed circuit TV monitoring. We’ve got an eye on your unit at all times.

A climate-controlled storage facility is the best kind. Ours are temperature- and humidity-regulated — with AMCO industrial humidifiers and Sylvaine commercial-grade dehumidifiers — to guarantee neither the weather nor the elements will damage your belongings. We keep all units between 50-80 degrees and 35-55 percent humidity so leather and wood furniture won’t crack, electronics won’t corrode, and fabrics won’t become musty. Each unit also has a high-end AMCO dust suppression system and is treated monthly with Orkin pest control services to keep your things clean and undisturbed.

Both our facility and individual units are protected by 24/7 ADT security, complete with Hikvision closed-circuit monitoring. There’s also no public access—no one is allowed on the premises without a Daymakers associate present. To access your things, just give us a call and a team member will meet you, let you in, and lend a helping hand if you’re loading, unloading, or just rearranging. Yes, the following items are not allowed in your storage unit:

• Hazardous materials — including gasoline, propane, oil, grease, chemicals, cleaners, etc.
• Perishables — including produce, meats, dairy products, rice, dog food, etc.
• Unregistered vehicles
• Explosives, ammunition, and firearms
• Animals and plants
• Drugs and medications

If you’re not sure about a certain item, please call and ask us to avoid accidentally storing something illegally.

We don’t, but we do keep recycled materials on hand for free—please help yourself as needed.
